National Account Manager - Digital Pureplay
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the UK Account Sales team. Working with our Wholesale partners and Pureplay retailers, across our portfolio of brands, you will manage customer communication with key accounts and support growth in this area by driving sales for the business. Knowledge or experience working with online beauty channels would be preferable, but not essential.
The ideal person will be someone who embraces Revolutions dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment and being comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and support the development of key accounts and supporting the on-boarding of new business
- Planning, developing and implementing a business plan for the key partners and categories
- Acting as the lead point of contact for all NPD planning and Seasonal activity
- Agree NPD listings with buyers and plan range and brand expansions
- Negotiating cost pricing where relevant
- P&L Management
- Managing budgets with monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Sales Reporting
- Building new contacts
- Working alongside supply to provide maximum efficiency for customer support
- Creating strategy decks for customer meetings
- Planning promotional activity and reviewing performance weekly including negotiating support
- Working alongside finance to sign off and forecast promotional rebates and income
- Helping to deliver marketing support with content and social teams to create a strong launch plan or support plan
- Representing Digital accounts, engage in the preparation and participation of status & business planning meetings both with the account and internal teams at headquarters.
- Responsible for being part of a team that achieves (and exceeds) sales quotas, profit expectations, and customer objectives
What you’ll have;
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Forward thinking skills and plenty of attention to detail
- Lots of resilience and an entrepreneurial work ethic
- The ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
