Build reporting tools and dashboards to communicate sustainability metrics (e.g., PCR content, recyclability scores, EPR obligations).
Maintain accurate datasets to support claims such as “recyclable,” “refillable,” or “reduced packaging.”
Track material compositions for Tools & Accessories assortment with regards to material safety standards and restricted substance lists in key markets.
Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all non-formulated products (Tools & Accessories) comply with global chemical and safety regulations, including REACH (EU/UK), California Prop 65, and heavy metal limits.
Liaise with our externally testing institutes to obtain the correct testing for global compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain compliance documentation for the tools & accessories assortment, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for relevant materials and certificates of analysis.
