Revolution Beauty is looking for a Lead Producer to join our Studio team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As Lead Producer, you will play a pivotal role in taking the agreed creative idea and bringing it to life through delivering an end-to-end production service for all ecommerce, creative and model photography shoots, including pre-production planning, shoot execution and post-production processes for all channels – from in-store, digital, print and more.

What you’ll do…

• Responsible for all production related responsibilities from art buying, model casting, location and studio management, legalities, scheduling and forecasting within a busy creative environment.
• Scheduling: Maintain the shoot calendar for in-house and external shoots as well as post-production schedules, in line with brand deadlines and requirements for all campaigns and launches.
• Managing Resource: Leading the in-house team of photographers and retoucher, as well as support with effective resourcing and scheduling when required considering seasonality and forecasting working with freelancers and external agencies when required.
• Budgets & Negotiation: Working closely with Head of Brand & Head of Design to manage the studio & design team budget, forecasting upcoming costs, negotiating external supplier rates to meet budgets and reconciling final billing to maintain an accurate picture of brand asset spend.
• Pre-Production: Responsible for all art buying, location scouting, prop & styling sourcing as well as, model casting including legal agreements and updating usage trackers. Ensuring the suppliers database is up-to-date with a continuous pool of diverse creative and model talent.
• On-set Management: Confidently leading on set production and logistics ensuring production checklists are maintained at all times from call sheets and schedules to model transport and catering.
• Post-Production: Working with the retoucher/ post-production with all post-production timelines, selects documents and retouch notes to ensure assets are delivered on time and within the brand requirements.
• Studio Logistics: Ensuring the studio team are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the studio space, ordering supplies and equipment required to ensure a smooth shoot experience.
• Sample Management: Working closely with the product team to ensure all required samples are available for shooting requirements.
• Project Management: Ability to work on a wide range of projects and manage them from brief to final delivery, often working on multiple work streams at once.

What you’ll have:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the beauty environment
• A network of contacts within the creative, ecommerce and model industry
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Great communication skills; able to vocalise what you want to achieve and how you’re going to get there
• Have previous studio photography experience in an e-commerce environment
• Buckets of enthusiasm and great teamworking skills
• Positive can-do attitude to adapt to changes within a fast-paced work environment
• Super efficiency
• Demonstrate excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competition when required to ensure we are market leaders
