Account Coordinator - ANZ

We are the world’s biggest player in the fast beauty space, a British-grown brand who blend professional quality and highly pigmented formulas into fast-to-market, trend-led and affordable products.
We're looking for someone agile, who can use their analytical mindset to build strong commercial plans with our retail partners, whilst reflecting our 'start-up' mind-set by being hands-on and able to communicate effectively with our UK based HQ to deliver on those plans.
The Account Coordinator is a dual role supporting the Sales and Trade Marketing teams with all relevant sales and administration tasks and will be responsible for coordinating the in-market Trade activity and retailer queries. This role is fundamental in supporting the team across total ANZ and is central to our business with links to supply chain, customer service, marketing, our field merchandising teams and our retail partners.
What you'll do
- Assist the Sales team in managing and updating key masterfile tracking tools (mostly Excel based) for ranging/sales tracking, SKU changes, promotional/trade spend, catalogue overview, competitor analysis, key event timelines and retailer order tracking.
- Data analysis of Sales data and other ad hoc analysis as required
- Review weekly retailer orders and manage/track accordingly flagging any risks
- Assist in monitoring SKU performance data to help identify potential inventory opportunities
- Coordinate, submit and evaluate account specific promotions and proposals
- Track sell-through on promotions/new launches and provide post analysis results
- Communicate to retailers the Joiners and Leavers and manage clearance activity and markdowns accordingly alongside AM
- Coordinating samples for sending out to retailers at key launch times alongside AM/TM
- Manage and track retailer invoices, including claims/rebates and update trade investment trackers
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events such as conferences, customer presentations, BPL, etc.
- Manage communication from all stores directly with the Category teams liaising with the AM/TM where relevant.
- Review post merchandiser fill & tidy and major update notes and summarise any stock concerns, communicating these with the AM/TM

- Similar experience within the cosmetics industry is preferred (not essential)
- Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing is preferable (not essential)
